The problems of this country are not just the politicians but also the praise singers to politicians as well__TEMOG President Manan Bagaya

Mr manan bagaya Leader And president of Total Equality Movement of Ghana (TEMOG)The problems of this country are not just the politicians but also the praise singers to politicians as well.

We saw the NDC in government with all the huge challenges from Dumsor to economic crisis. Many Ghanaian businesses and a large number of our youth were unemployed. There was no social welfare intervention programs etc It was on the bases of this Mahama lost as an unprecedented one term president.

Mahama was tag as a corrupt leader.we all knew this in this country. Mahama and the NDC lost elections 6 years ago and Ghanaians had given power to the NPP to rule.ln the early years of the NPP it is right and obvious to blame the previous govt and that one is acceptable but 6 years in govt and trying to put a blame on the previous govt l am not in support of that.l will not sing praises to that. What had we done about all the corruption charges against Mahama govt. The NPP sadly could not fight the corruption canker in this country.

General Secretary of APC Mordecai Thiombiano Hits hard on Government at NPP National Delegate Conference.

General Secretary of APC Mordecai Thiombiano Hits hard on Government at NPP National Delegate Conference.

The General Secretary of the All People’s Congress (APC), Mordecai Thiombiano, has expressed disquiet about the worsening economic conditions in the country and the consistent free fall of the cedi against major trading currencies, especially the US dollar.

According to him, the continuous depreciation of the cedi does not augur well for the country.

He also raised concerns over the worsening economic conditions in the country, as well as the bailout programme the government is seeking from the International Monetary Fund.

He spoke at the New Patriotic Party’s National Delegates Conference organised over the weekend, where he led an APC delegation to give a goodwill message at the event.

“Our nation is in crisis; a crisis caused by the National Democratic Congress, sustained and worsened by the poor policies of the NPP administration.”

“Fellow Ghanaians, economic conditions are worsening by the day with galloping inflation. Fuel prices keep rising, increment in food prices and transport fares has become very unbearable. The dollar is rising [against the cedi] as if there is no economic management team in government. Ghana deserves better,” he said.

The New Patriotic Party used the national delegates conference to elect new leaders to steer the affairs of the party for the next four years.

Reports indicate that the Ghana cedi lost 16.86% in value to the dollar within the first half of 2022 on the interbank market and over 20% on the retail forex market.

The inflation rate also keeps going up, with inflation of June 2022 standing at almost 30%.

GOVERNMENT MUST ACCOUNT TO GHANAIANS ON COVID 19 FUNDS__DR.HASSAN AYARIGA

We all know that because of COVID 19 pandemic many nations have gone through lots of economic challenges and Ghana is not an exception. Many countries have gone on their knees begging for support and others too have gotten support for their people.

The Global pandemic has caused many peoples lives, livelihood, businesses and worsened unemployment situations. Our country was already suffering before COVID, regardless of government’s propaganda claiming otherwise and it worsened after COVID and I bet we all agree. But I know some stimulus packages were rolled out and many people didn’t get. Government must account to Ghanaians on COVID 19 funds.

TAXATION IS BETTER THAN BORROWING_DR.HASSAN AYARIGA

Fellow Ghanaians, going forward as a nation in indebtedness, “Do We continue to BORROW or Do WE TAX? I believe we have gotten to the crossroad where borrowing is not an option anymore but taxation is the best option for us now. We need to widen our tax network and institute proper channels to collect tax properly. We cannot continue to borrow. We have to move from borrowing to production, manufacturing and taxation. Nations are better off when its citizens decide to contribute towards its development. The Taxes we pay should be used to build Schools, Roads, hospitals, homes and infrastructure etc.

Now my Question is, can we trust the Government to make good decisions with our Taxes? We need roads, Hospitals, schools, housing projects etc.

This country is suffering due to the loud silence from the Clergy, Peace Council and some civil society organisations whose voices have always been loud enough at other times but have suddenly gone to sleep and not awaken. What has changed? Let us all rise above pettiness and greed. Let us speak truth to power and save our country from sinking.

I am Not Affiliated to NPP nor NDC And I never Advised John Mahama to Concede Defeat__Dr.Hassan Ayariga

Good morning fellow citizens,

I have read on social media comments and some other platforms that some Ghanaians are saying  and commenting that I, Hassan Ayariga advised Former President Mahama to concede defeat.

I organised a meeting with other Flag bearers to appeal to Ghanaians to promote peace and not to ask any one to concede defeat. It is not in my interest to tell anyone to accept defeat, but in my interest to appeal for peace and promote peace.
I did it in 2012 in the election petition and am doing it again in 2020. Certainly, am not a member of NDC nor NPP but a leader of APC. I am a sincere Ghanaian who stand for peace. I challenge Anyone to prove me wrong.

Thank you.

Dr. Hassan Ayariga
APC Founder/Leader

SIR NAT WINS PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE IN AHANTA WEST PT 2

The effects of publicly-screened debates during elections has great impact on the voting pattern. Political debates are often considered integral part of campaigns. It really influence Voters’s knowledge and voting decisions. Debates are considered as key ways of reaching democracies particularly in contexts where voters have limited information on candidates. Ghana will be heading towards its general elections in barely two weeks time and the Ahanta West Constituency in the western regional part is a keen area to watch out for. Series of debates have been organized by reputable organizations for the constituents to have fair feel of their candidates. Most candidates do try to bring out their very best of policies but it is uncontested that the Nathaniel Adusei, popularly known as Sir Nat of the All People’s Congress always become the talk of the night.
Sir Nat who has always been preaching decency in politics blows the good minds of his constituents feasible and talk about policies such as ;
Retooling NCCE to work effectively

Enforcement of the local content law

Building toll booth which will be managed by the disabled

Installing secret cameras at vantage points and many more.

These policies have received more cheers from his constituents and believe me , it will influence their voting decision.

We wish Sir Nat and APC all the very best.
